Why We Built This Site
Public access in Texas still requires correct routing. The Gray County District Clerk keeps district-court records, while the Gray County Clerk holds county-court, probate, guardianship, and other records in that office’s custody. Justice and municipal clerks maintain their own case files. Trial courts set hearings and enter dispositions, and re:SearchTX provides a statewide research layer. Bringing the official contacts, search routes, and request steps together makes that split easier to navigate.
What You Will Find Here

What We Cannot Do
This is a privately operated reference site, not part of any Texas court, clerk’s office, or state agency. Its role has firm limits:
- We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
- We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
- We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
- We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
- We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or setting listed on this site is current right now
Only the clerk of court or the trial court that heard the case can issue an official or certified copy of a docket sheet or court record. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.
Search Partners
Search boxes on some pages are supplied by outside providers. Each provider controls its service, results, and prices. A paid signup reached through one of those tools may produce a referral fee that supports access to this resource. Gray County Court Docket does not determine a provider’s charges or the records returned.
